Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend attending Pilates sessions three times a week to achieve optimal results. Consistency is key, and this frequency allows you to build strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness effectively. However, it's essential to consider factors such as your time availability, financial investment, stress levels, and the risk of burnout, particularly if you're combining Pilates with other forms of exercise. If you find that you can attend more than three sessions a week without feeling overwhelmed, you may see improvements even sooner.
