  • How often should I do Pilates to see the best results?
We recommend attending Pilates sessions three times a week to achieve optimal results. Consistency is key, and this frequency allows you to build strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness effectively. However, it's essential to consider factors such as your time availability, financial investment, stress levels, and the risk of burnout, particularly if you're combining Pilates with other forms of exercise. If you find that you can attend more than three sessions a week without feeling overwhelmed, you may see improvements even sooner.
  • What should I wear for Pilates?
Non-slip or grip socks are mandatory in all of our classes to protect your feet, provide added stability and hold poses. Tops should be slim-fitting to ensure you and our instructors can check your form. Ladies can wear low-impact sports bra. Bottoms should be fitted and not be loose. Sports leggings or shorts with ample stretch.
