Service Description
At Manawa Studios, enjoy the advantages of Pilates in a private session with a qualified instructor. Receive individualized instruction based on your objectives and needs. The goal of each session is to improve your flexibility, strength, and movement. Allow us to assist you in safely and effectively achieving your fitness objectives.
Cancellation Policy
• If this your first time attending a Pilates session, we recommend you to join Beginner - White reformer group class or Private session. • All session/class bookings and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Packages expiration validity is posted in the description of each plan on our website. • If you need to Cancel or Reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and within working hours. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a deduction of credits or full charge of session/class. • Cancellation and Rescheduling requests only can be processed within working hours (8pm on Weekdays and 2pm on Weekend). • For package memberships: Refunds will not be issued for package memberships once purchased. However, under extraordinary circumstances (e.g., medical reasons with a doctor's note), exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. • For individual sessions or classes: Refunds will not be issued for individual sessions or classes unless Manawa Studios cancels or reschedules the session/class. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. • There is a minimum of 3 clients for each Reformer Group Class to continue as scheduled. Manawa Studios reserves the right to cancel the class if the minimum is not met. •You may not be able to join the class or session, if you are more than 10 minutes late.
